About Us
Animus was started back in the spring of 2007. It was a group of friends deciding that the best and most fun way to play a game was with other friends. Since then, we have grown to numbers never expected and are still going strong.
Animus has always had a set philosophy that items or money is not what is important about a character, but the person who plays the character is what is important. We do not care about your rank in the game or how many expensive items your character has. Instead, we care about the real life person who controls your character.
Animus is Latin for bravery, courage, and spirit. We always look for people who will best represent the Animus Philosophy and who can have fun with friends.

Gaming Community
In 2009, it was decided that Animus would expand to other games. In doing so, the Guild Animus Gaming Community was born. People who wanted to see the Animus Philosophy being spread are now leaders of their own branch. These people get perks of having their own forum section as well as meeting new people with the same philosophy.
